It is definitely a useful tool, but it may be too much for his purposes. There are a couple of other guides I would recommend. Don't Move a Mussel Video - this half hour video provides excellent information for any recreational boater so that they can prevent the transport of the horribly invasive zebra and quagga mussels. Other states have taken the threat seriously, blanketing their state with information after it was too late, and the information is available for everyone to use. This is our chance to prevent the damage before it is done, and protect Nebraska's waters.
